Job Description

Successful candidates will be part of the Finance Dept of the Group. The particular position or work assigned to him will vary depending on his accounting, communication & computer skills. Generally, the work expected of the Accountant will be as follows:-

1. Preparation & posting of any financial transaction in the Accounting System with meaningful narration.

2. Verification of financial transactions entered in the Accounting System by the Sales or Factory Office.

3. Preparation of Salaries, Leave Settlements & Final Settlements of employees.

4. Reconciliation of all Creditor payable accounts.

5. Ensure timely payment of creditors, electricity, water, rent, social insurance, etc.

6. Age analysis of receivables on a periodic basis.

7. Follow-up of receivables, particularly problematic and overdue receivables.

8. Any other accounts/finance related work.

Education

Basic - Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management ) , Bachelor of Commerce ( Commerce ) , PG - CA Inter ( Chartered Accountant , Chartered Accountant )
