CSHK Dubai Contracting (LLC), established in February 2004, is one of the leading multi-national construction companies operating in Dubai. Our parent company, China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited, is a Hong Kong listed company and ranked as the largest Hong Kong construction company over the past 7 years. We now have 7 projects on hand, of which 5 are high-rise building projects in Dubai with a total contract sum of nearly 3 billion DHS. We are now looking to build on the success of our operations in Dubai with the start of our newly awarded mega-sized project in Abu Dhabi. Job Description

Responsible for the preparation and monitoring of master programme planning, scheduling and monthly reports submissions of the Abu Dhabi building project.

Profile

Educational Qualification: College / University graduate in Construction Management or other related engineering disciplines. Work experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Nationality: Any. Station in Abu Dhabi is required. Familiarity with the procedures for NOC application from the related government authorities is a must. Thorough knowledge of Primavera & Microsoft Project. Experience in Abu Dhabi is an advantage. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
