Job Description
Our client is one of the largest and leading financial institutions in the Middle East and the third largest in terms of assets in Saudi Arabia. The Bank currently manages over SR70 Billion in assets with a consistent pattern of annual growth. They maintain one of the largest banking networks with over 200 Branches, 800+ ATMs and 8,000+ Point of Sale Terminals. Our client is looking for Siebel Business Analysts with the following qualifications:
• Maintain expert knowledge of Siebel from an analysis perspective.
• Recommend competitive product rationalization, product specifications and operational processes for product subset to help achieve Riyad Bank mission of being the Leading Saudi Bank.
• Prepare specifications and operations processes, and design documents for Siebel CRM projects and products and obtain approval. Implement as agreed.
• Prepare estimates and plans for implementing Siebel CRM products.
• Lead/direct the work to implement and achieve benefits.
• The Job holder is obliged to abide by any instructions furnished by his Manager with respect to the scope of work.
• Quality management methodology
• Establish effective communication between the end users and ITD
• Identify all customer's needs for new Solutions/ Enhancements to existing applications
• Define business requirements, functionality specifications, and process design and business elements for new solutions or changes to existing solution.
• Develop requirements specifications as defined by the SDLC (Solution Development Life Cycle) procedures and Change Management guidelines
• Participate in Design workshops
• Conduct JAD sessions (Joint Application Design)
• Vendor relation
• Client/Product support and training
• This person will also focus on enhancing and streamlining call centre (STARS CSR and CC) and teller activities (STARS Teller), replacing or integrating with legacy and mainframe applications
• Must have good understanding of best practices and extensive knowledge of banking and banking practices
• Validate project estimations and plans to ensure that all technical aspects are taken into consideration. Provide input and expertise on technical tasks, dependencies, risks, and options. Review and assess impact of proposed scope changes on the long-term objectives
• Identify technical resource requirements for each project, including resources working on the project
• Technical coordination of a significant number of resources
• Provide ongoing direction and analysis of trends and opportunities
• Support executive management and project teams in technology decisions and implementation of technology strategy
• Serve as escalation and communication point for all technical issues.
• Conduct technical CRM workshops/meetings to support the implementation of technical solutions.
