CSHK Dubai Contracting (LLC), established in February 2004, is one of the leading multi-national construction companies operating in Dubai. Our parent company, China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited, is a Hong Kong listed company and ranked as the largest Hong Kong construction company over the past 7 years. We now have 7 projects on hand, of which 5 are high-rise building projects in Dubai with a total contract sum of nearly 3 billion DHS. We are now looking to build on the success of our operations in Dubai with the start of our newly awarded mega-sized project in Abu Dhabi. Job Description

Responsible for the overall handling of architectural related activities and daily liaison with all government authorities of the Abu Dhabi building project. Good knowledge of MEP & structural coordination, and sequence of works is a plus.

Profile

College / University graduate in Building / Architectural Engineering. Candidates with at least 4 years UAE experience in high rise building construction, 2 years of which must be gained in Abu Dhabi. Only ARABIC candidates and must have good relations with ADM and/or Government in Abu Dhabi. Only candidates who can JOIN IMMEDIATELY. Station in Abu Dhabi.
