CSHK Dubai Contracting (LLC), established in February 2004, is one of the leading multi-national construction companies operating in Dubai. Our parent company, China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited, is a Hong Kong listed company and ranked as the largest Hong Kong construction company over the past 7 years. We now have 7 projects on hand, of which 5 are high-rise building projects in Dubai with a total contract sum of nearly 3 billion DHS. We are now looking to build on the success of our operations in Dubai with the start of our newly awarded mega-sized project in Abu Dhabi. Job Description

Responsible for assisting the Project Manager in the daily site management and liaison with all government authorities of the Abu Dhabi building project. Candidate with extensive experience in Project Management, prior experience in the Gulf Market would be an added advantage. With exposure in high-rise building construction projects in towers / hotels / apartments. Candidate with extensive experience in Project Management, prior experience in the Gulf Market would be an added advantage. Good leadership and problem solving skills. Strong in commercial side and possess a clear contractual & commercial mindset.

Education

Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Civil )
