Job Description
The Group Head acts as the primary HR business partner to Business Heads. He supports the Chairman and the CEO / leadership team by designing and implementing the full portfolio of HR programs and processes. This role is responsible for enhancing the performance of all the business divisions across the group covering the entire geography by identifying HR solutions and strategies needed to support the business needs. The GROUP HEAD would also be a leading force recruitment and talent acquisition, retention, people development, total rewards, compensation & benefits, employee relations etc. The role involves working closely with Business leaders on the business side.
Education
PG - MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt ( HR/Industrial Relations )
