Job Description

Leading bank in Saudi is looking for Operations Quality Manager. • Operations Group process analysis • Analyze monitored process performance and Key Performance Indicators • Collaborate with colleagues from Operations Divisions to improve processes performance. • Ensuring that all processes are properly implemented according to policies and procedures of the Operations Group • Identify Operations processes gaps (i.e. regulatory, risks, quality, …etc). • Ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with each group are met • Prepare performance reports. • Work with other Operations divisions to rectify Audit comments and ensure that preventive actions are developed. • Provide clear top-down communication to employees (inc. bank and dept. business objectives) and provide bottom-up feedback to Senior Management. • Coach employees on performance by setting objectives, providing regular feedback and identifying development needs. • Identify issues that affect employee satisfaction and raise the issues to senior management. • Act as a role-model to communicate the bank’s values, core and leadership competencies to the employees. • Actively participate in on-the-job training activities for employees. • Monitor, supervise, guide and direct employees during daily operations.

Desired Candidate’s Profile

Profile Manage and lead a group of Quality Specialists and Officers to improve the performance of the Operations Group. Understanding of quality processes and procedures Knowledge of banking operations, functions and standards Familiarity with compliance and auditing function
Experience 5 – 10 years
Education Basic – Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management ) , Bachelor of Commerce ( Commerce )
Nationality Bahraini, Any GCC National
