Job Description
A result oriented professional with good experience in Strategic Planning, Finance & Accounts, and Statutory Compliance & Taxation. Experience in conceptualising and implementing financial procedures, including internal financial controls, and costing and actively involved in the maintenance & finalization of accounts. Proficient in handling all financial operations, audits/ tax functions and preparing reports thereon. Preparing financial statements such as Balance Sheets, P & L etc & maintaining other statutory books of accounts as well. Should be well versed with modern accounting systems & procedures and provisions of Companies Act and other statutory laws.
Education
Basic - Bachelor of Commerce ( Commerce ) , PG - Chartered Accountant
