Job Description
The candidate's major role is to support the existing Axiom Customer Service team to deliver excellent quality call handling for Axiom customers. You are expected to demonstrate excellent social skills with the ability to establish and maintain good/productive relationships with colleagues and customers. You need to have the ability to display logical and methodical approach to problem solving and a real desire to provide exceptional customer service and to take pride in a job well done.
