Job Description


Need and Purpose of the Job -:


To establish and grow profitably the O & M operations for the company.To operate and ensure safety and quality in the operations leading to customer satisfaction.To train and develop employees to exceed client expectations.To plan and coordinate logistic for growth and development.


Duties-:


1) Liaison with clients on project requirements and analyzing and advising of cost implication for estimation of each project.


2) Planning and mobilizing project for O & M.


3) Monitoring projects through Project Managers/Foremen/supervisors to deliver profitability.


4) Dealing with client requirements which include but not limited to Housekeeping. Administration, sewage, power, manpower, lugger buckets, maintenance.


5) Developing new products and services to ensure that we offer a single window shop to the clients.


6) Introduce innovative techniques in the existing business to derive competitive advantage.


7) Implement quality systems and follow safety guidelines in the operations. In keeping with the ISO/HCE and other safety requirements as per request of the Clients.


8) Develop a culture of continuous improvement through customer feedback meaning/analyzing and taken corrective action through training to improve the same.


9) Ensure profit targets for the operations are achieved through Target Budgetary Controls.


10) Employee welfare initiatives to create a motivated work environment to include counseling/appraising and training.


Education


Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
