Job Description
Need & Purpose of the Job -:
To promote and sell the facility Services to all the potential clients (Construction, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Contractors, International Company , Real estate, Malls & shopping center, Sabic Aramco, Royal Commission, semi-government sector, etc.), maintain good relations with the current clients of the division, achieve the Facility Services division yearly sales target which include Operation and Maintenance, Cleaning, Landscaping), and to carry out other sales activities as assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Duties -:
Carries out daily sales calls as planned to all potential clients in the area with the objective of servicing the existing clients and introducing new contacts.
Achieve Catering division yearly sales target
Maintain the current business revenue and work to increase.
Making sales trips periodically to cover the potential clients in the major cities of the Kingdom.
Build good and closed relations with our clients.
Conduct daily sales calls to all the potential clients (Construction, Oil & Gas, Industrials, Contractors, International companies, Sabic, Aramco, Royal Commission, semi government sector, etc.)
Collect the information form the market regarding the new business and projects coming to the market from different resources.
Prepare the pipe line from the date gathering in from the market.
Make daily presentations for the accommodation facilities for potential client.
Submit all report required (Daily sales report, Weekly sales planner, Client retention plan, Refused business).
Follow the Company policy in bidding and quotation and contract process.
Enter all the offers and contracts in the ERP system and update the system weekly.
Update & maintain the current customer profile for each of the existing clients.
Revise the current services brochure and all marketing promotion items.
Distribute the Company giveaways to the current and potential clients.
Education
