1. Product Planning and Procurement: Coordinates with MCD and GM for planning stock levels, analysis past performance and movement patterns and planned sales in order to support the ordering of own brand vehicles.
2. Sales Management: Supervises the Sales Team performance and drives sales through retail and corporate sales team supervision, sets targets, monitors sales achievement, interactions with customers, product portfolio management, review of the sales team etc. in order to ensure achievement of sales targets.
3. Market Expansion: Drive market expansion activities like advertising, promotion schemes, media and press interface, targeting and converting new customers.
4. People Management: Supervises the Sales team and manages recruitment, performance appraisal, training, deployment and motivation of the team.
