Job Description

To Qualify for this position, you must be carrying at least a master degree in library sciences.

• Developing and conducting consultation projects at customer sites or for COMPANY business.

• Responsible for quality assurance and adherence to rules and standards of library sciences for all deliverables of the Dept.

• Knowledgeable of all COMPANY products and services in the division and is able to contribute to the understanding and development of these products within COMPANY.

• Manage and deliver pre-installation, profiling and training on COMPANY library products.

• Well capable of developing training materials for the COMPANY offerings and deliver them to customers and trainers (train the trainer).

• Uniquely focused on quality in all aspects of his work and able to perform quality audit on COMPANY related work or customer projects.

• Marketing focused and able to develop technical proposals and presentations about the COMPANY library businesses.
