Job Description

Responsibilities

* Coordinating with all discipline heads for indenting / receiving / issuing / tagging of material.

* Indenting of Material (MR) and Coordinating with Material, Stores department and purchase function and Vendors/suppliers .

* Receiving inspection, tagging/Locating of materials as per company procedure * Liaise with QA/QC function for carrying out the receiving inspection.

* Preparation of Daily Site Material Receipt Report (DSMRR),Material Receipt Document (MRD), Excess/Shortage/Damage(ESD) Report, Storage and Preservation of Materials.

* Issuing, Accounting of materials, Physical Verification and other miscellaneous reports.

* Inventory Control and Preparing of weekly and monthly material status and purchase order status.

Education

Basic – Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Mechanical , Petroleum ) , Diploma ( Mechanical ) , PG – Master of Technology/Engineering ( Mechanical , Petroleum )
