Job Description

•Main responsibilities are to coordinate between Project Manager, Supply chain Manager and Warehouse Manager.

•Coordinate with Supply Chain Manager (SCM) and update information on incoming materials.

•Update warehouse manager on incoming shipments

•Coordinate with warehouse, project manager, engineering and arrange physical inventory

•Obtain receiving reports from warehouse and provide information to SCM, Project Manager

•Coordinate with Project Manager and obtain project distribution plan

•Coordinate & monitor distribution plan with the warehouse

•Obtain transactions reports and monthly closing balance and forward to SCM for insurance purpose.

•Coordinate with warehouse manager and SCM for additional requirements at the warehouse

•Maintain inventory records (need to be decided)

•Provide reports to SCM incase of shortage, damage in order to process insurance claim
