Job Description

Job purpose:

Provide support for the entire sales & marketing dept. in order processing & coordination with production, inventory dispatch, customer relations, doccumentations, filing & correspondence

- Prepare offers & quotations

- Independently draft replies to letters or queries

- Process dispatch documentation in relation to commercial requirements such as chamber of commerce attestaion, etc.

- Prepare monthly reports relating to sales, warranty returns, etc.

- Maintain customer , competitor & trade database or articles or news reports, etc.

- Attend to customer calls, provide feedback & route this to respective department Executives

- Any other responsibilties as assigned by the department head from time to time

Education

Basic - Bachelor of Architecture ( Architecture )
