Job Description

Job Purpose:

- To manage the business unit's operational activities in keeping with its strategic objectives, business plans & management's directives Responsebilities:

- Prepare the division's operating, manpower & resource planning budget in addition to its operating & quality policies, procedures & work flows

- Direct the operating activities of the AVL system implimentation & technical support teams to efficiently achieve the dept's objectives

- Manage & provide leader ship to the technical team that includes motivation, taem building, staff welfare & safety, training & development to upgrade their skill/set, assignment of responsibilities & monitoring completion

- Plan customer projects & cost estimstion

- AVL modem scripting & preperation for installation

- Plan for disaster recovery

- Other requirements as may be directed by the management from time to time

Education

Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Electrical , Electronics/Telecomunication )
