Job Description


REPORTING TO:


Managing Partners


1. Directing the Overall Marketing and strategic planning programmes and corporate communications.


2. Facilitate client development through Marketing and Client services programs. • A good understanding of the customer's business and what is important in the business, e.g. price, delivery times, speed to market, dependability.


• Knowledge of the organization and activity of the clients so as to anticipate their needs with technical solutions that offers an efficient response to them


• Interpretation (and often development) of client briefs.


• Dealing with all aspects of a campaign;


3. Design, implement and facilitate annual Marketing plans for the Company.


• Market analysis and analysis of competitors' activity and situation


• Define and prepare Sales proposals.


• Managing a portfolio of accounts, usually the major accounts, for major high-profile clients and top business leaders.


4. Organize and implement client relations activities such as Client skills training, Client development activities Special events and client satisfaction surveys.


5. Corporate communication activities (internal and external) and Public relations • Aiding in the development of the agency's communications and creative strategy.


6. Develop and maintain marketing data base which includes clients and prospects.


7. Supervise and develop subordinate Marketing Staff


8. Work Activities (For Subordinates): • Managing and prioritizing the work of account Managers/Executives. • Leading and training members of the account team • Help to develop a Sales plan, train to make cold calls, present services, negotiate contractual agreements, close business, improve strike rates, and build long term relationships with new and existing client companies. • Monitor the implementation of Sales Plans and achieve Sales Targets. • Handling the administration of the account. This includes report writing, keeping records, budget management and financial administration and acting as brand guardian (e.g. maintaining a guard book of the brand's past advertising. • Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team. • Meet Sales and Collection plans. • Operate within Costs/Budgets.


9. Supervise Electronic Marketing including supervision of Web site design and maintenance. • Handling the administration of the account. This includes report writing, keeping records, budget management and financial administration and acting as brand guardian (e.g. maintaining a guard book of the brand's past advertising. • Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team. • Meet Sales and Collection plans. • Operate within Costs/Budgets. 9. 10. Cost and Budgetary controls. These duties are likely to change over time depending upon the business environment. The employee may be required upon reasonable notice to perform other duties within his capabilities.
