Job Description
Required for a leading company in Dubai. She should have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of UAE Experience. She would be involved in Recruitment of Staff and assisting the General Manager in the Staffing function for the company. Induction and orientation of new staff, Training & Development of existing Staff. Liaison with the PR Department for compliance to Labour & Immigration rules and regulations for obtaining work permits, residence visas etc., Administering and monitoring the Annual Performance Appraisal System. Compliance to employment and labour laws and regulations. Maintaining Employment records of all employees electronically and physically. Responsible for handling disciplinary matters and redressal of employee grievances. Salary and Benefits Administration. Preparation of attendance for payroll advice. Co-ordination with other GCC offices for all HR requirements of the company.
