Job Description

A leading Regional Group is seeking to recruit an HR Manager with 3 years minimum experience (for a company with more than 200 employees) located in the UAE.

The right candidate will be responsible for all areas of HR including but not limited to:

• Updating & implementing HR Policies, procedures & forms.
• Develop & implement grading scales, appraisals, employee benefits & compensation system.
• Coordinates & Supervise employee recruitment, orientation & training.

• Update & maintains personnel records; Job Description, organization charts & employee database.
