Job Description
Position summary:
Provides support to Human Resources Department by handling all personnel issues & recruitment related activities of the department.
Position accountabilities:
1. Controls, Maintains and Updates manpower plan and prepares related monthly and weekly reports.
2. Meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses CVs
3. Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions
4. Liaises with approved recruitment agencies for supply of manpower
5. Designs recruitment advertisements
6. Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads
7. Forwards collected CVs to the concerned departmental heads for evaluation and interviews
8. Raises necessary documentation for appropriate pre-recruitment approvals from Manager of Human Resources and CEO.
9. Upon receipt of departmental recommendation for recruitment, contacts the candidates / recruitment agencies (if abroad) for initiating process of recruitment.
10. Obtains and assess all certificates and testimonials of the candidates
11. Forwards in coordination with the Govt. Relations Officer, all necessary documentation to the Ministry of Health for licensing procedure of the new recruit.
12. Conducts new employee orientation and apprises employee of benefit options.
13. Generates recruitment related reports.
14. Maintains statistics of CVs screened, personnel recruited etc to adhere to approved manpower positions.
15. Follows up with Ministry of Health and Ministry of Higher Education the professional licensing process of the new recruits
16. Types employment contracts, and issues engagement advice.
17. Establishes and maintains files and records on an ongoing basis.
18. Participates in educational programs and in-service meetings.
19. Attends meetings as required.
20. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Basic - Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management )
