Job Description

To ensure the effective project management, control and delivery of projects, providing a senior and leading role associated with the implementation of a large-scale systems integration project (or number of projects), managing technical, commercial and implementation teams. This will involve extensive interface and co-ordination with other team members, clients and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

Key Tasks:

• To oversee the production of written documentation, reports and presentation material covering the design, procurement, installation, integration and testing of security, telecommunications and other technology products and systems

• To develop and maintain an excellent knowledge of existing, new and proposed products and services offered by the IS3 Major Project's team as well as strategic partners in numerous technology fields. Knowledge of CCTV, IDC, AACS and fiber networks are essential

• To peer review Olive reports, engineering deliverable, presentations, schedules and general correspondence prior to release to clients

• To be responsible for general project control functions, including planning, tracking, analysis and reporting on multiple projects of varying type, size and complexity with limited supervision

• To maintain where appropriate accurate project records, satisfying all Company systems, controls and procedural requirements

• To maintain program schedules, monitor actual costs and commitments and supervise and analyze Estimates at Completion and Estimated Cost to Complete• To take ownership of client issues and co-ordinate resources as appropriate to secure a satisfactory resolution

• To develop excellent professional relationships with all potential clients by demonstrating an understanding of their business and technology requirements, and striving for reliability and high-quality delivery

• To work closely with other members of IS3 to help on proposals and ensure that they are technically and commercially viable, and that the customer receives the optimum service/solution that meets their needs - leading to healthy long-term client relationships

• To provide regular financial/ schedule reporting and analysis to Program Managers and other management staff

• To analyze complex issues and coordinate the resolution of any problems that arise, with limited supervision

• To identify schedule dependencies and document schedule risks. Support the project risk analysis, dependencies, issues that exist and the impact that they may have on the project

• To schedule workload for team members and ensure that suitable levels of resourcing are available at all times

• To represent the Olive Group in a favorable manner

• To maintain and promote the reputation and ethical standards of Olive Group

• To maintain at all times client confidentiality and act with discretion and a high level of personal integrity

• To support Olive Group in any other tasks and responsibilities as may reasonably be expected

• To develop and implement training plans to develop all team members

• To assist in Business Development and prospect assessment and to pass appropriate sales leads to Olive Group
