Job Description

1. Sales – Growth and Target Achievement. 2. Assess marketing potential of new and existing store locations, considering statistics and expenditures. 3. Ensure complete adherance to the Shop operational procedures (Blue Print) & ISO requirements and take immediate corrective & preventive actions w.r.t non-conformance. 4. To inspect and ensure that display and back-up stock are perfectly attractive and presentable. 5. Manage all Sales outlets with a team of Asst. sales Managers & Area Sales Managers to ensure conformity of all aspects of Display, staff performance and conformity to all laid out standards and procedures. 6. To continuously motivate all sales personnel. 7. Ensure proper stock levels are maintained and dead stock depleted. 8. To ensure that Shop Manager and all Shop staff are aware of Gold and Diamond product targets and the daily and cumulative MTD achievement along with excess/shortfall. 9. To ensure that Shop Managers monitor average daily discount and cumulative percentage to measure variance. 10. Staff planning, product planning, co-ordinating interior work, operational activities, etc for new outlets. 11. Prepare Annual Sales Plan, forecasts and budgets and monitor and present reports to Management. 12. Monitor preparation of schedule of shop purchases for Gold and Diamond purchases. 13. Grow topline and bottomline business. 14. Facilitate feedback to the Management regarding retail needs, operational needs, business opportunities, and marketing/sales programs. 15. Lead and manage a diverse team of sales professionals. 16. Provide inputs to HR to identify and reward star performers through the Performance Management System and develop career / succession planning. 17. Provide inputs to the Training Dept. to ensure staff is well trained on product knowledge and other competencies.

Profile • Excellent man management skills. • Excellent analytical skills. • Excellent product knowledge. • Excellent communication – English. Knowledge of Arabic is a must.
Experience 7 – 10 years
Education Basic – Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management ) , Bachelor of Commerce ( Commerce )
