Job Description
- Primary in-charge for functional deployment of proposed solution, assist project analysis & preparation, planning, and implementing all committed deliverable within time and allocated costs; without any compromise on quality and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for managing projects from a functional delivery point; may include delivery of functional workshops. In collaboration with different business units/ services team, will be required to manage the project deployment and coordinate all relevant tasks within the functional scope of the project.
- Assist with risk management by identifying, analyzing, and responding to risks proactively during the course of the project.
- Should be able to conduct a detailed feasibility study of the scope of work though review of the contract/LOI and if necessary conduct internal and external interviews.
Requirements
- Skill in thoroughly carrying out, reviewing, and reporting on all aspects of the work
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle customers effectively and a strong customer service orientation
- Ability to deal with complex customer service issues
- Mix of consulting and operational experience considered a plus
- PMI certification is a plus.
- Experience 5 - 15 years
- Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
