Design Draftsman – Electrical / Instrumentation - 6 months contract

Our clients are predominantly major operating companies and international engineering or construction companies. Our client is a leading supplier of prefabricated steel buildings in the Middle East, providing customized, high-specification that can be applied to a variety of uses including camps to accommodate laborers through to senior expatriate personnel, equipment shelters for onshore and offshore modules – for both marine and defense markets.Job Responsibilities:
- Thorough working knowledge and application of industrial standards (i.e.., NEC, ISA, API and BS) and installation practices.
- Good working knowledge in preparing control, electrical & communication detailed design drawings. Also, experience in As-Built campaigns, site verification. As-built data collection from field/control room/sub stations. Etc. and preparing red – line mark ups.
- Composite experience in both drawing office and as a field technician is an added advantage.
- Experience in using instrumentation and electrical intelligent software packages available in the industry.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma with minimum 5 yrs of experience in similar profile
- Candidates with NOC or on visit visa is eligible to apply for this position.
- Candidate must be in UAE.
- Experience 5 - 10 years
