- Implementing and Managing Wintel Servers,LAN,Exchange Server 2003,Windows 2003,2000 & Advanced 2000,Terminal Server,ADS,XP,2000,IIS, Prof,Vista.
- TCP/IP,WINS,DNS and DHCP,Group Policy, L3 and L4 Support on Microsoft products.
- Deployment and troubleshooting of Windows 2003/2000 Server, NT, XP Network issues.
- Symantec & Norton Antivirus,SQL Server 2000.
- Disaster Management ,Performance Monitoring,Auditing Event Logs etc.
- Implementing and Managing backup strategy in windows Environment using NTbackup.
- HP Proliant ML-150 G2 Server, IBM X Series 345,Documentation Skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills and ability to handle customers.
