Purchasing Manager

at GULF CONNEXIONS in Saudi Arabia - Eastern Province

Our client, an industrial manufacturing company based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is looking to appoint a Purchasing Manager to fall in line with its company expansion and restructuring.


Responsibilities:


• Maintain records of materials ordered and received.


• Prepare reports regarding market conditions and material costs.


• Represent company in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.


• Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.


• Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Supply Chain, Purchasing or related field) required.


• At least 5 or more years related buying experience in an industrial manufacturing company in the GCC.


• Experienced in Oracle and Microsoft Office.
