Customer Service Manager

at Flexi Partners in Qatar - Doha

Job Profile:
Increase customer satisfaction by reducing complexity, improving and enhancing the customer satisfaction, ensuring revenue capture & collection through the optimization of end to end service delivery & operation.
Main functions are:
1. To ensure the fulfillment of the customer requests and orders
2. To release the billing content
3. To record and manage the customer complaints

Desired Candidate Profile:
Exp: 5-10 years
Bachelor's Degree with relevant customer care / services experience at a leadership level from telecom preferred.
In depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices ITIL related.
Proficiency on CRM systems
ITIL services management V3 or equivalent
Understanding of FTTh and FTTx products is mandatory
