Job Description

1)Identify and develop Sites improvement opportunities, and to translate them into actionable Site tasks and plans.

2)Accountable for monitoring and challenging the Sites performance against the developed targets of Strategic Business Units (SBU) and Manufacturing Director. 

3)Accountable to report performance reports and analyses to the relevant BU’s on a monthly/ quarterly basis. 

4)Supervise the performance monitoring of the affiliates and is accountable for the identification of performance gaps. 

5)Support Sites in performing root cause analyses in case of performance deviations 

6)Work with AMP Lead in developing short-term actions and targets in order to fill the gaps identified. 

7)Interface with Sites in developing plans to address these actions and targets 

8)Support the Sites in the development of financial cost and benefit estimates for Site improvement opportunities.

9)Follow up on the progress of the improvement projects run by the affiliates 

10)Provide monthly / quarterly reports outlining Site performance against plan and appropriate analyses to relevant parties. 

11)Enable transparency in internal peer performance to support recognition of Site achievements in meeting targets.

12)Support the AMP Strategy & Planning department for stretch target setting.

Requirments

1)University engineering degree. 

2)Relevant training programs. 

3)Understanding of plant operations and maintenance 

4)Minimum 8 years experience in production planning and/or analysis in chemical, petrochemical industries or refineries, with substantial exposure to operational and technical activities.
