Job Description

1) To participate in developing and providing competent, cost effective and timely Turnaround (TA) services to all manufacturing sites within the area, with the objective of improving the overall Turnaround quality, effectiveness and cost efficiency. 

2)Prepare complete plan for T/A jobs from scope development, estimating, scheduling, thru final field execution.

3)Coordinate with engineering, inspection and operations personnel for the turnaround work scope identification and issues resolution. 

4)Estimate turnaround work scope for the development of the detailed job plans. 

5)Coordinate with field contractor a detailed implementation plan of pre- turnaround, turnaround and post- turnaround work. 

6)Prepare list of required materials for T/A jobs 

7)Prepare work scope for contracted out jobs. 

8)Prepare manpower loading plan. 

9)Place material requisitions as required.

Requirements

1)University engineering degree in mechanical/ electrical/ instrument. 

2)Relevant training programs. 

3)Understanding of plant operations and maintenance. 

4)Minimum 8 years experience in petrochemical plants or refineries in maintenance and maintenance planning with substantial exposure to operational and technical activities.
