Offshore Marine Services

OMS U.A.E provides Drilling and Marine personnel, on a contract, temporary or permanent placement basis, to clients who operate in the Middle East, India and other international locations. Position: Marine Structural / Piping Draftsman Department: Engineering Department Reports to: Engineering Manager 

Job Responsibilities 

•Preparation of as-built drawings and conducting Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging of ship’s Hull 

•Review of designs and make sure that it is based on Marine Classification Authorities such as (ABS); (MARINA); (BV) and other local marine authorities. 

•Modelling of hull & piping systems using 3D Software 

•Perform Detail drawing design / drafting of Ship structure and outfitting for new Shipbuilding and Repairs.

Job Requirements: 

•3-4 years of experience preferably in shipbuilding industry. 

•Age: 28 – 35 years. 

•Experience in Tribon / Ship constructor will be an added advantage. 

•Education: Diploma / University Degree 

•Salary up to AED 7000 + Sharing Accommodation & Food
