1. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. (1) Provide daily network administration and maintain network critical uptime to meet SLA requirement.
2. (2) Support and daily administration of network and security equipment including all connectivity to external and internal user.
   (3) Provide problems resolution and escalation support for network and security.
   (4) Adhere to operation process and procedure, security polices.
   (5) Generate routine patching schedules for network and security patches to be rollout to the network and security infrastructure.
   (6) To provide technical support on network/security upgrading.
   (7) Generate monthly network statistical report on performance, usage.
   (8) Experience and exposure to J2EE 3 tier architecture system.
   (9) Monitor Network Traffic, internet Bandwidth and available network resources.
   (10) Maintenance network inventory.
   (11) Create and update network/security documentation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
(1) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Related experience may substitute for degree.
(2) At least 5 years experience on Cisco equipment ( at least version 12 and above), Juniper and Checkpoint products.
(3) Candidate should be at least a CCNA certified, preference will be given to CCNP certified.
(4) At least 5 year experience in managing 24×7 network infrastructure and support.
(5) Experience in managing J2EE 3 tier architecture system.
(6) Experience with Cisco and Juniper support.
(7) Exposure to MRTG , ethereal and other network penetration tools.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
