Assistant Restaurant Manager
at Azadea group in Qatar - Doha
_Job Description_
Responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the operations of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities: • Assists the Restaurant Manager in operational efficiency • Interact with the guests to ensure good customer service and also increase food and beverage sales • Provides constant feedback on customer comments and also deal with customer complaints • Implement trainings for all team members in all aspects of service to improve the standards of the restaurant • Ensure team members are briefed daily • Sets staff work schedules and monitors staff performance at all times • Controls inventory, monitors revenues and modifies procedures and prices • Ensures health and safety regulations are followed at all times in the restaurant • Negotiates arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies • Performs related duties and special projects as assigned

Profile Qualifications: • Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management Experience: • Minimum of 3 years of relevant expereince in the F & B industry Skills: • Strong interpersonal skills required to deal effectively with employees and customers • Strong ability to remain calm and solve unexpected problems • Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing • Strong self-discipline skills required to work long hours when necessary • Strong organizational skills • Able to handle pressure without letting it detract from the quality of work • Dependable and able to act with discretion • Strong marketing background to develop marketing ideas for attracting and retaining customers

Education Basic - Bachelor of Hotel Management ( Hotel Management )
