Qualification and Scope
• At least a bachelor`s degree in the subject of specialization.
• Mastery of the subject of specialization.
• At least five years of experience in teaching the subject.
• Must be a current teacher, not a withdrawn teacher.
Knowledge and Skills
• Mastery of Arabic and proficiency in English
• Good knowledge in information and communication technology and ability to use the same in improving the quality of teaching in the classroom.
• Ability to identify areas that need improvement and seek advice and support from colleagues in this regard.
• High expectations from himself/herself as a professional teacher and from his students.
• Commitment, enthusiasm and social skills to play a professional role at school in particular and in the community in general and contribute to the overall progress of the school.
