Job Description
„« Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance
with the applicable codes and standards.
„« Familiar with Inspection and test plan & Method of statement and
procedures.
„« Follow up with third party inspection agency for all the NDT
activities.
„« Participate in the site internal and external site audits.
„« Coordination of site quality inspections with client and site sub
contractors.
„« Coordination with client inspectors and managers.
„« Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site
construction team
„« Witnessing of Fit-Up, Welding, Pre-Heating, Stress relieving,
Penetrant test, Magnetic Test, Radiography testing, Hardness Test, PMI,
Ultrasonic test and Holiday test.
„« Conducting & witnessing of welder qualification test according
to approved WPS.
„« Monitoring of welding consumables and welders performance as well as
productivity.
„« Controlling of field inspection activities according to the client
requirements.
„« High skill of Reviewing Radiography Films and PWHT charts.
„« Control of all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action.
„« Knowledge in international standards (ASME / ASTM / AWS / ASNT / API
)
Desired Candidate's Profile Profile
Bachelor of Technology/Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
(MECHANICAL)
ASNT Level II (RT / UT / PT / MPT)
Operational knowledge in all construction related Computer Applications and Softwares.
