URGENTLY Require an experienced sales/commercial manager to take responsibility of company sales within the Middle East region.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will have the following main responsibilities:
1°) Increase client's Cement Additive penetration in Middle East
2°) Manage existing customers through agents or by direct contacts
3) Grow product line sales and pros and achieve competitive advantage in Europe and worldwide.
DUTIES:
Direct sales team for existing territory
Sales management through agents or distributors
Drive field tests + manage his technical manager
Participate in technical mtg (customers conferences, suppliers, seminars, ...) alone or with support from colleagues
Collecting information on market, competition with reporting and sales forecasts
The company is based in Sharjah but for this role you will be
required to travel around your territory so they are happy for
candidates to work remotely and be based from home. You MUST have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience as sales manager within cement/concrete/construction industry
Good sales approach at all the levels (from top managements to workers).
Arabic as native language, excellent English
Happy to travel around the territory
Good internal communication.
Previous experience as Sales Manager within construction industry must have good links in development and construction industry
Excellent communication skill
Charismatic personality
