My Client is a market leader in
the provision of Facilities, Project and Property Management operating across a
wide range markets including commercial, education and healthcare.


They are very well established
in these markets and this position offers an excellent opportunity to advance

·      Lead 
a team of facility management professionals to manage a sizable  commercial
project in Doha and ensure the profitability of the  operation

·      Liaise 
with the client to formulate facility management strategy in line with  their
business  objectives

·      Oversee 
the development of preventive maintenance plan, schedule and standard operating 

·      Oversee 
the implementation of computerized maintenance management system and day to day 

·      Provide 
strategic leadership and effectively manage the implementation of  the facility
management through continuous training, mentoring, and motivating  the
operational  team




  • Degree in Mechanical,
    Electrical, Building Engineering or Facilities Management

·      At least 15 years of
relevant experience

  • Familiar
    with the quality and environmental accreditation

·      Able to work
independently and possess good interpersonal skills

  • Good
    communication skills both verbal and written

  • Willing
    to be posted overseas

Singaporeans or Singapore PR will be considered by my Client.  This is absolutely essential so I can
