company is one of the leading business houses in Middle East. It is a
large Group of Companies having interests in engineering and
construction, manufacturing, IT, trading, etc.
Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for
• Conceptualizing, master – planning, managing the entire project as a Profit Centre Head
• Formulating & achieving Business Plans & the overall Business Goals.
• Negotiating contracts with the government
• Identifying and Interacting with the Architects / Contractors / etc for the smooth running of the projects
Desired Candidate's Profile Profile
Should be a Civil Engineering Graduate with at least 20+ yrs experience in the development of Real Estate
The incumbent should have experience in the Projects like
• Hotel and resorts spread over a large area which includes golf courses, etc
• Developing mini cities
• Developing real estate that will include resorts, high-end villas, commercial complexes, etc
