Traffic Management Systems Engineer
at RMS in Saudi Arabia
· General Knowledge in traffic engineering, traffic operations and systems operations and management.
· Intelligent Transport Systems
· Motorway and Trunk Road Communications (NMCS2, NRTS)
· Urban Traffic Control
· Security and Speed Enforcement
· Real Time Passenger Information
· Highway Lighting/Traffic Signals
· Customer Information Systems
· Minimum 7 years experience of relevant experience in the field of ITS
· At least two years demonstrable experience with ITS systems and their integration with the work process in traffic control centers.
At least two years experience with (acceptance) testing of ITS & Traffic Management Systems.
· Monitor the implementation process of the Traffic management Systems in the region.
· Steer the Site Supervision Team
· Report progress & issues to the Technical Manager
· Maintains technical communication with his counterpart on the side of the regional investor.
· Ensures that the technical documentation of each Traffic Management System is of good quality and delivered according to the agreed documentation standards.
