Our client is a leading wholesaler of hotels and ground products to the travel and tourism industry. As a result of continued growth, we are now looking for an experienced CONTRACTS ASSISTANT to join their operation in Dubai. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •Contract indexing and filing •Pre-checking of contracts for errors •General administration and data input •Compiling of statistical reports •Preparing business trips for contracts managers •Meeting minute taking Candidates must have the following skills in order to be considered: •LIVING IN THE UAE CURRENTLY •Excellent written and spoken English •Strong knowledge of Windows Office based applications •Excellent time management and organisational skills •Numeracy •Experience of working in hotel or travel background ESSENTIALPREFERABLY WORKING IN A SIMILAR ROLE •Flexibility •Ability to work well under pressure •Team player, with an outgoing, friendly personality In return a superb salary up to AED 8000 (inclusive of housing and transport allowance) is on offer (tax free), plus medical insurance and annual air tickets.
