Idea Gulf Group (Gulf Furniture) since its founding in Qatar from 1977 has made an excellent progress and become a countrywide leader in solutions for interior decorations and furniture. We urgently require for an excellent IT support and development with detail as follow;
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Information Technology Engineer
- Work experience for 3-5 years
- Familiar with Microsoft Window environment
- Proficient in MS Office suite, email, database and network management
- Good PC and printer hardware knowledge
- Experience in change management and work flow tool
- Project management skill
- Administration experience in telecommunication equipment
- Experienced with IT Operations
- Self motivated and team player
- Conceptual understanding in IT Architecture, Database, Network, Programming and ERP System
- Able to translate conceptual business requirements into system requirements
- Possesses high level of interpersonal, persuasion, conflict resolution, communication and negotiation skills
- Possesses good attitude and personality
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
Job Descriptions:
Provide first level PC and network support to users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Setup PCs, servers and network equipment.
- Administrate server backup
- Maintenance of Telecommunication systems
- Maintenance of Data Centre systems
- Perform periodic IT operations
- IT Documentation and update
Benefit:
Optional vacation, one month vacation every year or two months vacation every two years, ticket provided by company
