Operation Manager

You should have 10+ years of experience in the Curtain Wall Manufacturing and sub contractor industry, with prime exposure as a Senior Project Manager invloved with Technical, Finance, Production, Installation and Commercial departments. Managing the functions of the Project, Technical and Production departments, ensuring accomplishment of set targets and project schedules. Maintain discipline with the team, and find ways to improve the quality productivity and performance of the team. Take necessary measures / implement correctives steps for quality improvement requirements
