The goal Customer Service at Thomson Scientific is to maintain the highest customer satisfaction level possible by providing accurate and timely responses and resolutions to our customers' needs. Customer Service can assist you with questions, concerns, or problems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles business development, operations and oversees branch staff.
- Responsible for all aspects of the client development cycle from planning, prospecting, developing, closing and account maintenance.
