Job Description:
• B.Tech-Mechanical/Metallurgy, Experience of above 5 years to tackle production of Aluminum Components through Low Pressure Die Casting process. Conversant with Aluminum Foundry processes like melting/heat treatment/core making/die casting.
• Overseeing production including planning, control and trouble shooting of process and equipments for pressure and gravity die casting
• Design of die casting – gravity casting dies, tools specifications dies and tool procurement and try-outs
• Good understanding of foundry furnaces, installation of castable refectories
Desired Candidate Profile: BTech-Mechanical/Metallurgy ,Experience of above 10 years to tackle production of Aluminum Components through aluminum die casting, pressure and gravity die casting process. Conversant with Aluminum Foundry processes like melting/heat treatment/core making/die casting.
Experience Required: 5 - 10 Years
Education Required: - B.Tech/B.E. - Mechanical, Metallurgy PG - Post Graduation Not Required
