The Food & Beverage Manager is accountable for the efficient operations of the Food and Beverage Division; by ensuring the highest quality of food and beverage service in the hotel. The successful applicant will also be responsible for maintaining the highest possible departmental revenues and profit margins. Applicants must have experience as a Asst. F&B Manager.
