IT Executive

at Confidential in Saudi Arabia - Eastern Province

We are looking to recruit a IT Support Engineer based in our office in Khobar.

Your responsibilities will include the following:-

1)Handle and follow up customer sales and service enquiries received.
2)Provide product application support in response to customer requests.
3)Maintain liaison with sales representatives and keep them up-to-date with developments, advising of new customer opportunities and complaints.
3)Provide product application, technical and commercial assistance to distributors and customers

Required Skills:

- Degree from a recognized University with specialization in IT administration

- Certification from recognized institutions is desireable (e.g. MCSE, CCNA)

- 3-5 years experience in the relevant field.

- Should be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in:

a. Microsoft Windows XP
b. Microsoft Windows Server 2003
c. Microsoft Office Products
d. Lotus 7.2
e. TCP/IP and LAN
f. Encryption Software
g. Firewalls and network security
h. Antivirus software management
i. Network infrastructure
j. Cisco Routers and accessories

- Knowledge of SQL Server and database Administration

- Experience in high end IT Security measures

-Experience in ERP implementation is desirable

- Effective Communicator with integrity, approachability and decision making skills


- Knowledge of Saudi Market with transferable IQAMA prefered

- Jordanian prefered

- Arabic would be a plus
