Tifler provides a health management and consulting service solutions to Middle East hospitals. We are seeking candidates to help expand company service operations throughout the Middle East region.
We are seeking experienced regional business development officers (RBDO) for promoting and soliciting client hospital contracts. We are seeking RBDOs to be responsble fo business development for the UAE.
The RBDO shall be responsible for promoting, soliciting and negotiating contracts with hospital systems in their defined regions.
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or healthcare management. 3 - 5 years of business development experience, preferably in healthcare. Good marketing skills are also preferred. The candidate should be a self-starter and have excellent communication and selling skills. Fluency in Arabic is preferred, but not required.
Local nationals preferred, but will consider ex pats located in the region

The position is 100% commissioned based. A sizeable commission is paid for each and every recruitment contract the RBDO helps secure. This position can produce significant income for people with good selling and marketing techniques
