Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Trainer & Consultant
at Process Management International (Middle East) FZ-LLC (Anywhere)
Process Management International Middle East, a company of The PMI and EG Group Ltd have a requirement for a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Trainer and Consultant for our growing businesses across the Middle East.
Purpose of the role:
• To help clients achieve their improvement goals by delivering PMI’s unique Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training and Consulting Support, across the Middle East in both In-House situations and in our Public Training sphere.
• To identify and develop appropriate opportunities for PMI’s work in the client for the benefit of the Client and PMI.
• To support development and improvement of the PMI system.
Responsibilities
• To provide consulting services to clients requiring business improvement
• Lead and support training and workshop events;
• Manage client interventions;
• Introduce external expertise and knowledge to the PMI System for the benefit of the System and Clients;
• Support new product design and development specifically for the Middle East market.
Success Indicators
• Client recognizes and values PMI’s contribution to their success;
• We are perceived as trusted partners by the client;
• New work opportunities beyond the initial engagement are identified and realized;
• Trainer asked for personally by clients;
• Trainer actively supports knowledge-sharing and development sessions with other members of the PMI System.
What we’re looking for
• Previous personal experience of leading organisational change, from both the people and process perspectives.
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma techniques and projects, working in organisations to deliver improved results.
• Preferably with training delivery experience, though full training in our course delivery will be given.
• A self starter, able to manage own workload and keep projects on track and deliver to deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills essentially including English and Arabic verbal and writing
• Superb presentation skills, in particular the ability to explain complex models and theories in a simple and practical way
• Excellent time management skills. Maybe required to balance a number of simultaneous client interventions and manage time on each one accordingly.
• Is numerate, understands statistical concepts and so is able to carry out analysis of data.
• A deep understanding of and methodologies and tools for process improvement. Knowledge of Dr W Edwards Deming’s approach would be advantageous.
• Naturally builds rapport quickly with clients and is able to forge strong, long lasting working relationships
• Inquisitive and passionately believes in lifelong learning and development, both for themselves and clients. Is able to apply a variety of approaches to working with clients, including coaching and facilitation.
