Senior IT Help Desk officer
at Reach in United Arab Emirates - Abu Dhabi
• Provide day to day support for all Help Desk enquiries and applications.
• Provide 1st level phone support for helpdesk.
• Answer staff questions in person and via phone on all company supported applications.
• Troubleshoot computer problems.
• Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc…)
• Perform hardware and software installations.
• Advise staff on appropriate action.
• Serve as liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve issues, perform data collection and follow-up tasks completion.
• Maintain and write proper support procedures.
• Document resolutions for future reference.
• Document inventories and records for all IT hardware and software.
• Additional duties may be added from time to time depending on organizational requirements
• Candidate should have Minimum 3 years of related experience in IT Helpdesk.
• Candidate should have Knowledge of Windows support.
