# A Business management graduate having around 10-15 yrs of experience in major Retail/FMCG/Real Estate companies in a senior position.
# Should be able to strategize, develop marketing & sales plans, achieve the sales KPIs, develop & manage exclusive clientele, should be articulate and a quick thinker in commercial/financial issues.
# Have a collaborative approach, understanding a brand culture aligning the sales strategy with the overall business strategy. The successful candidate will be able to evidence having developed new business opportunities.
# Carry revenue targets. Identify new areas of expansion including introducing new innovative plans.
# She should have good track record of meeting numbers, good communication, presentation & selling skills.
# Team player, team motivator, ensuring team numbers, good at account management and relationship building.
Review sales trends, and sales forecast(s).
